When you are in class, a restaurant or party, do you worry that others are judging you? Perhaps you are worried others will see exactly how nervous you? You may think you look awkward and you feel embarrassed ? If social situations leave you scared, panicked and insecure and you go out of your way to avoid those situations ... you may have social anxiety.  Here is the good news...
